Bond, breathe, and grow together in this gentle and supportive yoga class designed for parents and their babies from 6 weeks old up to the crawling stage. This nurturing program creates a calm space where you can reconnect with your body postpartum while engaging in meaningful movement and connection with your baby.
Each class blends stretching, strengthening, and relaxation for parents with a few playful movements, songs, and sensory experiences for babies. Move your body while building confidence in your own recovery and well-being.
Expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where feeding, diaper changes, and soothing your baby are always encouraged.
