Jothi invites participants to slow down, tune into their nervous system, and explore the body as a source of wisdom, healing, and self-awareness. Through guided movement, breathwork, grounding practices, and vocal expression, participants will be supported in safely releasing stress, unspoken emotions, and energetic blockages held within the body.
Using trauma-informed and culturally sensitive facilitation, Jothi's workshop creates a brave and compassionate space for participants to explore embodiment, boundaries, self-trust, and authentic expression. Intentional touch practices and restorative grounding techniques—help deepen connection, regulation, and presence.
Participants will leave feeling more centred, emotionally lighter, connected to their voice, and empowered to listen to the language of their body.
